When Will My Order Ship?

If all of the plants in your order are seasonally available and in stock, then your order will ship within approximately 8 to 14 business days.
ASAP orders are collected and shipped within approximately 2 to 3 days.

If a plant is not in season, then we will either hold your order or substitute a similar plant.
Some plant species are all in season at the same time, so it may not be an option for us to subsitute a plant, since all of those plants may be dormant, for example.

If a plant is not in stock, we will hold your order until the plant is available. If it won't be in stock for a lengthy period of time, then we will usually remove the plant from your order total, or substitute a similar plant so that you can receive the remainder of your order.

If you'd prefer no substitutions, make a note in the comments section on your order. Keep in mind that this does have the possibility of delaying your order.

If you'd prefer multiple shipments, make a note in the comments section on your order. Keep in mind that this may incur an additional minimal shipping fee.
