What If There's No Answer On Your 800 Line?

Please leave a detailed message for us so that we can get back to you via email or phone.

We spend a lot of time working with the plants, so we're not always able to answer the phone throughout the day.
In order to keep our costs low, and pass along low prices to our customers, we've put in a message system instead of using an answering service.

This also allows us to talk to you one-on-one and make sure we answer all of your questions.

If you'd like to order by phone and we're not available, please leave your order on the message system, and we'll enter it into our system. You'll receive an email confirmation when the order is entered. If you're concerned about leaving payment information on voicemail, ask for us to call you for payment information.

During the fall and winter we're more available by phone, but we're available by email all year long!
