Payment:

Payment options include Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and The Discover Card or any ATM Debit / Checkcard that displays a one of these logos.

If you would like to arrange a different mode of payment call us or E-Mail us prior to finalizing your order.

If a different mode of payment is arranged, we will wait to ship your order until we have recieved and verified payment.

When making payment by personal check, your order will not be sent until after the check clears the bank.

When paying by Bank Draft or Money Order, your order will be held until the funds are received.

When making payment by credit card, please include card number and the expiration date.

Please list your home address for purchasing and shipping purposes. Our credit card processing system requires us to enter your address as a security precaution. Please use the address as it appears on your card's account.

California Residents, sales tax is 7.75% and will be added to your order if you do not select the California Sales Tax option on the order form.

Order Processing:

When you place your order, you will automatically recieve an E-Mail notification of your order. Your receipt and credit receipt will be mailed to you with your order.

None of your payment information is sent by E-Mail. All sensitive information is transferred over a secure encrypted connection.

We collect our orders as they are recieved. This ensures that the freshest, healthiest plant specimens are shipped to you.

We reserve the right to substitute, if ordered specimen is not available, unless otherwise stated.

Product Returns :

If you have any problems or issues with an item you have received, we request that you contact our Customer Service department by email within 60 days. We offer store credit for replacement or exchange of items that do not perform to our standards. Customer pays shipping for replacement items. All sales are final, we do not issue refunds. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Tropical plants are not guaranteed to survive the winter.

Shipping Methods:

We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes unless special arrangements have been made. E-mail us if you need to have your order shipped to a P.O. Box

Most orders will be filled within 8 - 10 days, and will ship on the next available shipping day. Some orders can take longer pending the availability of the product. Regular shipping takes two to five days to reach the destination. (USPS Priority Mail) If you need to rush the shipment of your order or have any questions concerning the delivery of your order, please notify us in the Comments box, and select the appropriate option on the shipping panel.

USPS Priority Mail - Orders packed in the order they are received. Usually filled within 8 - 10 business days, and will ship Monday - Wednesday. Shipping takes 2 - 5 days.

ASAP Priority Mail - ASAP orders are upgraded and packed and shipped as soon as the plants are available. Usually filled within 1 - 2 business days, and will ship Monday - Wednesday (USPS Priority Mail). Shipping takes 2 - 5 days.

Express Mail - Orders packed in the order they are received. Usually filled within 8 - 10 business days, and will ship Monday - Saturday. Shipping takes 1 - 2 days.

ASAP Express Mail - ASAP orders are upgraded and packed and shipped as soon as the plants are available. Usually filled within 1 - 2 business days, and will ship Monday - Saturday (Express Mail). Shipping takes 1 - 2 days.

All Priority Mail shipments have delivery confirmation and can be tracked on the USPS website.

All Express Mail shipments have individual tracking numbers and can be tracked on the USPS wesite.

If you would like delayed delivery of your order, please give the requested delivery date in the comments box on the order form.

Free Shipping Restrictions:

We offer free shipping on all orders over 45 dollars, excluding some plants and equipment. A $2.50 Handling Fee will be charged on all orders. Because of increased shipping costs, orders for equipment including, but not limited to, pumps, filters, pre-formed liners, roll liner and accessories, and soil WILL BE charged for shipping. You will receive an additional receipt for the shipping costs of these items. This also applies to large orders of HEAVY plants, such as water hyacinth and hornwort.
